After you describe your task and approve the resulting job card, Gokario matches you with an available, verified expert, often within minutes rather than the days or weeks a traditional hiring process takes.

You can type out what you need or describe it by voice. Gokario asks a few follow up questions to scope the work accurately, then generates a structured job card with a recommended price for you to review before anything is matched.

Each job card includes a recommended price generated with the help of automated systems and checked against a pricing framework. You review and approve the price before an expert is matched, so there are no surprise costs.

Gokario is currently in a pilot phase and does not process in app payments. Payment for completed work is arranged directly between you and the expert, or with Gokario, after the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Yes. Experts go through an application and identity verification process, including government ID verification, before they can accept paid work on the platform.

Yes. Once your company's workspace is set up, teammates who sign up with the same company email domain can join it and see shared task activity.

No. There is no subscription. You pay per task, not per hire.

Gokario matches your request with a suitable, available expert, who then contacts you directly to confirm details and begin the work.

KYC (know your customer) verification confirms your identity before you can accept paid work. It requires a government issued photo ID and, where applicable, your PAN. This information is stored securely and is never shared with the businesses you work with.
